Instructions for Using Ionyte

Do I put Ionyte in water?

Yes, Ionyte improves the quality of any liquid (avoid hot liquids), especially water. However, you can put it directly into your mouth and hold for 2 minutes before swallowing.

What kind of water?

Non-chlorinated water is best, unless using with AquaLyte which neutralizes chlorine.

How much Ionyte do I use?

3 to 4 droppers daily ( = fill dropper only halfway), with a maximum of 8 droppers daily. If you are drinking 2 liters of water per day, then divide the total number of droppers you want into each liter. Each 118 ml bottle contains about 96 droppers, so 3 droppers per day would be a months supply. We have reports of people drinking a full bottle in one day without side effects, but it is not usually necessary to exceed 8 droppers to get benefits.

When should Ionyte be taken?

Anytime is okay. Since Ionyte improves digestion, it is good to take with meals. You can put Ionyte into any liquid except hot liquids. Ionyte improves energy levels, so if you have trouble sleeping, avoid taking it just before bed. It is important to only drink water that has Ionyte added. You want to replace your body?s water with Ionyte water.

What about children?

Ionyte only contains trace amounts of it's ingredients, so it is safe even for children, if the amount is adjusted for size. Infants being bottle fed can have 1 or 2 drops (not droppers) per bottle. Small children can have 2 to 4 (maximum) droppers per day.

Are there any side effects?

Since it is only trace amounts of minerals, enzymes, vitamins, and amino acids, Ionyte is very safe and virtually without side effects. However, rarely there can be "detox" effects as your body is being cleansed of toxins, such as mild headache, or diarrhea.

Other uses of Ionyte

Ionyte can be used topically as well as internally. It is great for helping all types of wounds heal faster. Use it full strength on any skin problem including: cuts, burns, scrapes, bruises, bumps, bug bites, insect stings, any sores, infections, and any aches or pains. It can even be used in the eyes. Swish it in the mouth for toothaches, abscesses, and sores. It is fantastic for pets of all kinds. It is a miracle for plants (use 1 tablespoon per gallon), but don?t use it more than once every 10 days. We have even had reports of hair growing back in after massaging into the scalp. It is very safe, so use your imagination.

Can I use AquaLyte and Ionyte together?

Yes, you can with limits. Use only 2 droppers of Ionyte per liter (or qt.) when using together with AquaLyte. When using Ionyte alone, you can use 4 droppers per liter (or qt.), or 8 droppers per day. (Drink only water that has AquaLyte, or Ionyte added to it.)
