Q: What does it cost to join Aqualyte?

There is no cost! You can join for free. Simply place your order for an auto-ship of Aqualyte and you will be placed in the next available position in your sponsor's matrix.

Q: What Is A BV?

BV stands for "Business Value". For example, a 30 days supply of Aqualyte equals 25 BV and 1 bottle of Ionyte is 25bv

Q: Do I have to pay for my website?

No! Your website will be furnished to you at no cost. In fact, you receive a website just like this one only with your contact information!

Q: Do I have to pay for training and support?

Once again, this is free! The company conducts weekly opportunity calls and training calls at no cost to you.

Q: How do I join?

Visit the Get Started page to start the process. Make sure your sponsor's name appears as the sponsor on the form. If it doesn't, please call him or her and get the correct website address.

Q: What is the difference between a customer and an IBO?

A customer purchases an auto ship, that gives them access to the products, and an IBO participates in the comp plan by referring others, making commissions and bonuses on the sales of the products sold to customers.

Q: How much does the Auto ship cost and what do I get for it?

Both Ionyte and AquaLyte cost $24.95 per month on the autoship.

Q: How do I cancel?

You cancel by going into your back office and clicking on the "Manage Auto ship" located under "ORDER INFORMATION" and put "0" in both boxes and click "Continue". Your request to cancel your auto ship must be received 24 hours prior to your recurring billing date.

Q: How much can I make as an IBO?

There are no guarantees in any business, and Aqualyte Biz makes no income guarantees. Your income will be dependent on many different circumstances. The model and comp plan can show an illustration of potential income based upon specific numbers. You will need to sit down and visit with your sponsor to create your personal game plan. With the multiple income streams that are available there are multiple possibilities.

Q: How do I get paid?

We pay on the 17th of the next month through an eWallet located in your back office. You can request funds from your eWallet through your back office by clicking "Accont Withdrawl" located under "EWALLET/COMMISSIONS".

Q: What is the benefit of a forced Matrix pay structure?

This structure creates a fear of loss by systematically filling spots. This creates what we call over flow, which helps everyone fill his or her matrix. This is a true win/win structure for the whole team.

Q: Where do I learn more?

Conference calls (The times and numbers are posted on the website) and talking with your Business Support Team.

Q: How do I get my friends to look at this?

Don't do this by yourself. Get your Business Support Team to help you share this with your friends.

Q: How do I sign people up under me?

Have them click on the "Get Started" button on your replicated website.

Q: Will the people I sign up always be placed under me?

Yes, they will be placed in your matrix.

Q: If someone signs up with the wrong sponsors ID; what do I do?

If a person signs up under the wrong account by mistake, the person can request a new Sponsor and Matrix position, provided it is done by emailing: support@aqualyteforlife.com within 72 hours. The request to change Sponsor and Matrix positions must be emailed from the email account that is on record. It must request the change based upon an error made at the time of registration. It must contain the name and ID of the person requesting the change and the name and ID of the person they wish to be sponsored by.
